Hi there,

I am trying to export my Jamovi file to SPSS (.sav) format with the file name forSPSS.sav. However I am getting the error "Save failed - A provided name contains an illegal character" which is clearly not correct.

Please advise?

hi,

sorry, this error message is misleading. the problem is that one of your columns has a name which isn't allowed in the spss file format. one of your columns has an unusual name, if you adjust that, it should save as .sav just fine.
