Can I use some categorical variables as covariate while doing ANCOVA in JAMOVI?

assuming you're not doing "the wrong thing", and the categorical variable is appropriate to be included as a covariate (which doesn't seem that likely, tbh

). yes you can.

Thanks, Jonathon. My categorical variable is text type, and JAMOVI seems not to allow use text type covariate. How can I use text type variable as covariate?

if you're wanting to use a text type variable as a covariate, i'd suggest the chances that you're not "doing the wrong thing" are pretty slim ... but you can transform the variable to be numeric:
