hello, i'm a first year uni student a first time jamovi user and i've downloaded the app. it won't open, it keeps loading. the app itself won't open. i use a LENOVO IdeaPad 5i 14" Chromebook Intel® Pentium® and the app isn't working.

please help.

hello again, i've tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and it still won't load, i disabled cristoni gpu support and restarted my chromebook and still nothing. i've been waiting for jamovi to load for nearly thirty minutes now. my wifi is strong so i'm not sure what's the issue is. also i just got my chromebook so i'm extremely sure it's not acting up.

any advice?

i'm not sure what could be the problem there. you may need to use the cloud version instead:
