Old macOS

Hi,
I am using an old macOS, High Sierra, Version 10.12.6, and I have to install the legacy (10.11+).dmg1.2.27. Is there any significant differences between the current version 2.3.0 and 1.2.27 for statistical analyses?

take a look through the release notes, and you'll get a sense of what's been added since the 1.2.27

Best solution is to get replace the old macOS with Linux and you should be able to run the new jamovi.
