Hi, first of all, thank you so much for this amazing software.

I´m trying to calculate the survival rates in a cohort. My problem is that I am not able to perform the overall survival. When I set the variables, I need to select "time elapsed", "outcome" and "explanatory variable". If I select a explanatory variable, it calculates survival rate for each group, thats fine. But I want to calculate the survival rate of the hole cohort, without dividing into groups.

Can anyone help me, please?

Please try jsurvival module and use Single Arm Survival

Sorry I have the same issue. If I use single arm survival I can have a plot but no calculation of expcted survival at different time points. how can I get that?
