ANOVA post-hoc Tests

Hi,
I would like to do post-hoc tests of an interaction ( 2x2 rmANOVA), but I only want to test two comparisons. Is it possible, to do that because Bonferroni or Tukey Corrections are correcting for 6 comparisons automatically. So the correction and p-value would be false.
Thank you so much

in this case, i'd select the 'no correction' option, and then use something like the p.adjust() function in R to adjust your two values.
cheers

I havenĀ“t worked with R yet. Do I just have to put my two p-values from the two post hoc tests of the interaction in th Rj Editor in Jamovi like that? Or is it more complicated?
p.adjust(c(.001,.028), method="bonferroni")
Thanks

Thank you so much. Can I ask another question?
After calculating the rmANOVA, a few Factors are crossed out and are pale after putting them from the left to the right side.
In these 3 cases
Repeated Measures Components: in the Model Terms
Post-hoc Tests
and in the estimated Marginal Means
What does it mean? Because I got results?
Thanks,
Lucia

i think that's fine. i think there's a low priority bug there that hasn't been fixed.
cheers
