jamovi

Hello!

I want to export a survey to Jamovi from Qualtrics but Jamovi can´t open the file (it is an SPSS-file). It says "utf-8 can´t decode byte. Jamovi must now quit". What can I do?

Do you get the same issue if you export the data into another file format?

I managed to export it in a TSV-file but now I can´t save the file in Jamovi.

you can email us the problematic file to contact <at> jamovi.org, and we'll take a look.

if you can provide steps to reproduce not being able to save the file, after importing it as a .tsv file, we'd be able to look at that too.
