Lin's Concordance Correlation Coefficient

I have an attached data sets of paired measurements. Values for CI for Lin's CCC differ from those obtained with the attached spreadsheet. Which ae correct?
with your data I have another experience of no difference between what I get in Excel and the SimplyAgree module of jamovi.
