Windows Jamovi 2.3.21 Crashes Immediately After Installation

Hello, I downloaded Windows Jamovi 2.3.21 on my Windows Computer and it downloads and installs, but after I try to open up the program, it shows "Server Message: Engine process terminated Exit code: 1", and then immediately crashes. How am I able to solve this issue? Thank you.

some window's machines have this problem (it's pretty rare, given the size of our userbase). i'd suggest you use the cloud version instead:
