Hello, i am trying to import a data set from Spss to jamovi and there is an error: "unable to open"- 'utf-8"- "codec cant decode byte 0xd7 in position 1022: unexpected end of data".

it looks as though your spss file is corrupt, but we should still be able to work around this. either attach it here, or email it through to contact <at> jamovi.org

thanks for sending that through. the problem seems to be with the label of the 'introduction_agree' column. it looks as though there's some sort of 1024 character limit that it is running up against. i'll need time to look into it. in the short-term, if you simply shorten the length of that label in spss, jamovi should be able to open it.
