Hiya,

I'm trying to include measure of Cook's distance in a generalized mixed model.

I am using the syntax editor and get the error as shown in the attached image.

Any solutions?

are you sure there's a cooks argument?

I, sadly, don't really know what that means. My knowledge of programming is very small.

What I did was copy and paste the command from the regression function (where Cooks is an option) to the generalized mixed function (where Cooks is not given as an option).

I'm trying to extra Cook's measures within a Generalised Mixed Model is the short of it. Any ideas?

it might be that the generalised mixed model doesn't support cook's distance ... but i'm not sure.

you could make a feature request to gamlj.
