Hello,
In any of the analyses performed or in the descriptives, the plots are not loading. Jamovi generates the plots, but they are not visible.
I would like to use it as a part of the class so rather working on cloud I would like to use the desktop version.
Is there a way to solve that issue?

hi,

if your windows username has certain international characters in it, there's a bug in electron that prevents the plots from showing. there's not much we can do about this, and we're just waiting on a fix from the electron folks.

in this case, i suggest you use the cloud version.
