Estimation of survival at X-years, using ClinicoPath Survival

Hi all,
I'm sorry if this is a naive or poorly worded question, I'm new to jamovi and survival analysis in general:
I have 2 groups, A and B for which I have survival data. I used the ClinicoPath Survival package and got the 1,3,5 year survival. I would like to get survival estimate at 4 years, so I put 48 in the survival table cutpoint and got the following:
Given that I have two groups, how can I get the p-value here? Is there a way to list it within this table and I'm missing the options? I really appreciate the help, thank you so much
