"contrast can be applied only to factors with 2 or more levels" message

I was trying to conduct a binomial logistic regression with two predictor variables. All of my variables have 2 categories. However, when it run the model, the following error message pops up. I do have other variables that runs ok. But whenever I add these two variables, the following message is shown.
What should I do?

P.S.: the CS variable contains a lot of (almost 50%) missing values.
