could you run jamovi --py-debug.txt again, and send us the new jamovi-log.txt?

(before you do, could you restart your computer, and delete the old jamovi-log.txt)

OK, we've updated some components in the latest 0.8.4 release of jamovi, and this may fix the issue. could you try it out?

could you try with the --py-debug again, and attach the log?

can you tell me:

is this is with the most recent 0.8.6 version?
are you running windows in a language other than english?
do you have international characters in your user name?
are you running in a 'locked down' environment (like a university)?

Hi,

Yes, it's version 0.8.6.0
The windows language is English. (First Dutch, but I switched it, delete the previous, downloaded again..)
Euhmm where in my username? I don't think so.. LauraB or something like that..
It's on my own laptop, I bought it 3 months ago..

Hi,
Sorry that it took so long. I downloaded the newest version (0.8.6). Here is the new file.
Could it be a problem with the processor? Because it seems that the others who have the same problem may have the same processor (Intel Celeron N3350).
