Syntax for data prep?

I like to keep a very thorough record of any modifications I've made to my datafile, i.e., transformations, added variables, etc. I see that for analyses, it is possible to get a copy of R syntax with "syntax mode." Is there something equivalent for actions completed under the "Data" tab?

Hi. @RFrank. The answer to your question is, no. However, it sounds like you might want to consider using Rj+ (within the Rj add-on module) for data preparation. Rj+ supports composing/editing and running R code. This includes being able to use your R code to edit the jamovi data frame.
