I had already uninstalled and reinstalled snowcluster.

The same for me with Snowcluster on Win. Did you rule the problem?

The error message that occurs does not occur to all MacOS or WIN users who have the snowCluster module installed, so it is not possible to accurately diagnose the error.

In other words, this error message is not caused by the module itself, so I can't fix the bug.

Thank you for your reply. The message concerning "hitting resource limit" does not appear all the time.
But using a small data set also tested in the additional module MEDA without problem, I have the following message:

Error in 1:ncol(U): Argument of length 0

I precise that MEDA is also based on FactoMineR
