I am using version 2.3.28. I am trying to compute a variable, using the "sum" function. When I try to add my variables from the variable menu that pops up, it only allows me to scroll using the little scrolling wheel on my mouse, which makes it skip over multiple variables. It will not let me click the arrows or drag the bar to scroll. So, I am unable to compute my variable. What am I supposed to do?

not sure what's going on there. i *think* something like this has been reported once before under macOS. if you set the macOS option to "always show scrollbars" (you'll have to google it) then i think the scrollbars will appear. it appears to be a macOS issue.

but you can simply type the names of your variables into the formula editor directly, or you can use the cloud version instead: https://www.jamovi.org/cloud.html
