for my doctoral thesis, I am comparing features of primary tumors to those of recurrent ones. For further analysis, I would like to match each case of a recurrent tumor with a case of a primary tumor. Ideally, these patients should be similar in age, gender and other characteristics.
How can I do this in jamovi? I have read about the Propensity Score, but this doesn't seem entirely applicable, as I am not comparing different types of therapy.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
