Hello,

I am conducting regression analyses using GAMLj's General Linear Model since it allows me to also get simple effects information and simple slopes plots. I read that GAMLj mean-centers the variables by default. I think this means only the independent variables, and not the dependent variable, are mean-centered in the GAMLj regression and plots, but I thought I would double check that.
