JAMOVI Installation Issue

Over the past two years, we have had the privilege of training around 6000 dedicated healthcare researchers like you in utilizing JAMOVI for their research endeavors through our lms enable website www.meritindia.org. We take immense pride in the fact that we have consistently received positive feedback and appreciation for the seamless experiences we strive to offer.

However, as we continue to grow and enhance our services, we recently encountered a minor hiccup that we're eager to resolve. For the first time, we have received a complaint regarding the installation of the JAMOVI software. Rest assured, this is an exception rather than the norm, and we are dedicated to swiftly addressing this matter.

the error message is like this : jamovi.server.engine —
Engine crash (spontaneous) with exit code 3221226505

kindly suggest some solution.

hi ahmad,

that's an issue that affects a small number of users. we haven't been able to figure out the source of the problem.

we suggest people affected by it use the cloud version instead.
