hi CSC,

it's possible that these entries in your path are causing the issue:

Code: Select all

D:\Apps\Rtools\bin;D:\Apps\Rtools\gcc-4.6.3\bin;d:\apps\Rtools\mingw_64\bin;
i have done things in a way which *should* prevent these from interfering, but it's possible there's something is leaking through.

could you try removing these items from your path, and seeing if that fixes it?

with thanks

Hi,

I'm having the same problem as pitto -- no window for jamovi pops up, even though it supposedly is open. My error looks very similar to his after running

/Applications/jamovi.app/Contents/MacOS/jamovi

in terminal, and I also don't get any error/output if I run

env | grep PYTHON

Any updates on how to fix this?

If it helps, I'm running OS X Yosemite 10.10.5.

Thanks!

hey linde, and/or pito.

could i send you guys a special debug version, which will produce more output, and hopefully help us figure out what's going on?

could you drop us a line at contact <at> jamovi.org ?

with thanks

Hi,

0.8.1.11 is working smoothly in my laptop. I'll test this version in the computer room where no computer is able to run jamovi.

Thanks!
