Jamovi opens as blank screen

Hello,

I just downloaded Jamovi onto my computer. Whenever I open it, it opens as a blank white screen and I am unable to use the software.

there is some inconsistent behaviour on windows machines in languages other than english that we've been having trouble with. most of the time it works fine, but for reasons that aren't clear to us, occasionally there are issues. (and it happens so rarely, it's hard for us to get access to computers with the issue).

generally the only way we can move forward with these issues is through getting remote access to your computer.

would it be possible for you to give us remote access for a few hours with something like teamviewer?
