Error when attempting a factorial ANOVA

I'm attempting to do a factorial ANOVA and I keep getting a note that says "singular fit encountered; one or more predictor variables are a linear combination of other predictor variables" and my analysis doesn't work. Does anyone know what this means/ how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

Maybe you don't actually have a complete factorial design. In a similar example, below, there's a 1,1 and a 2,2 condition, but no 1,2 and no 2,1 condition. Therefore, no ANOVA results.
