Getting a Wilcoxon-Z

Hi there!
I need to obtain a Wilcoxon Z test score but currently can only get a W score. Is there a specific module I need to load in to be able to obtain Wilcoxon z?
Is there also a way to obtain a Pearsons r effect size for Wilcoxon tests instead of the rank biserial?
