Priority Plan Verification Failure

I'm a faculty member at the University of Kansas. My students use Jamovi for a small data analysis assignment. Our classroom computers do not have Jamovi installed, so I just wanted to subscribe to the cloud version to be able to demonstrate in class. I've tried twice to verify my email to subscribe, but it has failed both times. Can you help?
