Numbers and text on the axes are not displayed in the graphs, Export to pdf do not work

Hi!
We have isntalled jamovi 2.3.28 on Windows server 2019 version 1809 (os build 17763.5696) and has 2 problems.

1.Numbers and text on the axes are not displayed in the graphs.

2. Export to pdf do not work, export loads, but nothing further happens. Export to html works.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

Try the version 2.5 for us, and see if this is still a problem.

Thanks, with version 2.5 everything seems to work fine

that's great to hear. more recent versions of R fixed this problem ... which is what we ship with the 2.5 series. so this is a nice confirmation that that has addressed the issue.
