Syntax Mode Disabling Every Time Jamovi is Closed

It seems that every time I close the program, the Syntax Mode in the settings gets disabled. It's a bit frustrating having to re-enable it every time I open Jamovi. I think it would make more sense for the software to remember our enabling of the Syntax Mode.
If anyone has found a workaround or if there are any insights from the development team regarding this matter, I'd appreciate hearing them.

you're right, it does need to be enabled each time jamovi is started. we should consider making it a persistent setting.
