SEM modification indices using SEMLj 1.2.2

I am conducting a SEM using the SEMLj module. I couldn't get the modification indices for my model. It says under the Modification indices section "The model cannot be estimated, please refind it. Reason: : could not compute modification indices; information matrix is singular". Why should I do in the situation?
