Applying current color theme to analyses using rj editor

Hello, I've been using Rj editor lately to run things easily. However, one drawback that i noticed here is that it doesn't follow the color theme set in the app setting. Is there a way to do this?

I have already tried tinkering with the palette() or par() options but it seems to be unchanging. Even the theme_se() from ggplot2 is not working or maybe im doing something wrong with my codes 😕 does anyone here know how to apply the theme to the graphs done with Rj editor so it will be consistent with the other graphics?
