Applying current color theme to analyses using rj editor

Hello, I've been using Rj editor lately to run things easily. However, one drawback that i noticed here is that it doesn't follow the color theme set in the app setting. Is there a way to do this?
I have already tried tinkering with the palette() or par() options but it seems to be unchanging. Even the theme_se() from ggplot2 is not working or maybe im doing something wrong with my codes
does anyone here know how to apply the theme to the graphs done with Rj editor so it will be consistent with the other graphics?
