installation of jamovi

hi. i am having trouble with installing the app in my laptop. it says i need an admin email and password. my registered account is not accepted.

hi,

jamovi doesn't do anything "out of the ordinary" in its installation process. i would reach out to your IT team about this.

alternatively, you could use the cloud version:

I get around this problem by downloading the *.zip file rather than the *.exe
