jamovi

Hi, a few days ago I installed on my laptop Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS and also installed the latest version of Jamovi, however when I try to open it, I get the message:
Unfortunately, the jamovi server could not be started, and jamovi must now close. We regret the inconvenience.
I'm new using Jamovi, what could I do?

Hi,sorry for answering so late. I installed it from an Ubuntu PPA, with the command: sudo apt install jamovi
