Need Urgent Help for snowIRT: Distractor Analysis

Please help. We have worskhop on Item Analysis on 30th Aug Saturday. We tried to run Multiple Choice : Distractor Analysis Option from last one week but still unable to crack what mistake is at our end. Sharing screenshot. Can you guide.
