Crashes after computer wake-up from sleep

Dear Jamovi-Team,
I have noticed this across several Jamovi versions and on two different laptops on Windows 10 and Win 11: When the laptop goes to sleep when Jamovi was open, and then wakes up again, Jamovi comes back with an Error message (unspecified) and that it would have to close. It then offers to save the file, but that doesn't really work, the menus etc are not fully functional anymore.

Today I again lost work because of this - is this a known issue and is there something which can be done about this?

Hi Andre,

The situation you describe is very rare (the last time we had someone mention it was a few years ago), and so far we haven't been able get physical access to a machine that has the problem.

So we're not able to get to the bottom of why it happens unfortuntely :/

Hopefully, we'll be able to find a computer which has this problem sooner or later.

Thanks. I know that these kind of errors can be extremely hard to find... I now most of the time remember to save and close Jamovi before putting the computer to sleep, but sometimes I just forget...

Is there kind of a debug mode / error report I could generate and send you?

P.S. Are you in the UK? I thought an answer would come hours later due to the time difference to the US, but you wrote at the perfect UK start-of-work time :-)
