No contact when can't log in

I am not sure where to locate this so off-topic seems best, if only because it is off-topic in relation to the other boards!
I recently returned to this forum after a gap of a few months. The forum would not allow me to sign in and I got a message saying it was inactive. I am not sure why (I thought I had posted here but maybe I never followed through) but it has now been sorted, many thanks. However, I thought it is worth sharing that when I got this message, it was not obvious where to go to get help on this issue. I attach the two screen grabs. One shows the message when you can't log in (this says an error, which I used to generate this screen but you get it when inactive also, I think). The other shows the page when you click through the Board Admin link. As a result, there isn't an obvious contact for help to resolve. I was lucky enough that I could access GitHub where I was placing a bug report and through that was able to get some help.
