Required loading bar for Rj editor

Hello,

while using process.R macro in R (Andrew Hayes), a loading bar is helpful to know that the file is loading as it takes around 2 to 3 minutes.

yeah, this isn't straightforward to implement, because R doesn't really have hooks for that use-case ... or at least i'm unfamiliar with them.

not out of the question, but also not straightforward to implement.

(i think the real issue is that process.R uses a license that prevents us from building a nice module on top of it).
