There are three types of effect size in anovaRM. They are eta², partial eta², and omega² . My question is as follows:
(1) Is the calcutation method of eta² wrong? Because the eta² value is identical to the partial eta² value when i do a 2*2*2 within-subjects rm anova
(2) Could you add a new types of effect size Generalized Eta Squared ?

Hi,
1) Which version of jamovi are you using? Because we corrected the way we calculate eta^2 a couple of months ago (and we temporarily removed the omega^2 option).
2) If you make an issue on github, we can have a look. You can make an issue over here: https://github.com/jamovi/jamovi/issues.

Cheers,
Ravi

Hi, Ravi,
thanks for your quick reply!
1)I recalculated it with the latest version and the problem has been resolved!Well done!
2)I try to make an issue about the Generalized eta squared.

Cheers,
Leo
