I updated to the latest version of the program (0.9.6) on my Ubuntu 18.10 from flathub
Now I am not able to compute any analysis.
The program prompt a pop-up with the error:
engine process terminated
exit code: -6

A fix has been pushed to the flathub build machinery, and this should fix the issue. the build process takes about 4 hours.
