Hi everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone else has bumped into an issue with the JSQ module not providing certain plots upon request. I'm using Jamovi within one of my courses and occasionally (2-3 times a semester), I'll have a student who cannot generate various supplemental plots when using a dataset (I've attached a couple images for the Scatter Plot function and the Residual Plot function).

Unfortunately, I can't recreate the error on my laptop so can't offer many solutions. I usually suggest that the student reinstall Jamovi and the JSQ module, but this does not usually resolve the issue.

Also, it appears that the errors occur when students are using both Mac OS and Window OS.

Any suggestions for how to troubleshoot this would be much appreciated.

i did update jsq to 1.1 recently, for the 2.0 release. are you using this version, or an older version?

Apologies for the extremely late reply. However, I (and my students) are still experiencing this issue with jsq. I've tried updating Jamovi (2.2.5) as well as the 2.3.0 current release version. Neither seems to do the trick.

Any suggestions or ideas you may have would be greatly appreciated!
