Thanks. I know that these kind of errors can be extremely hard to find... I now most of the time remember to save and close Jamovi before putting the computer to sleep, but sometimes I just forget... Is there kind of a debug mode / error report I could generate and send you? P.S. Are you in the UK? ...

Depends on your research question. The significant main effect of IV1 will be averaged across IV2. But you may want to check whether the effect of IV1 is also significant for each level of IV1. Say IV2 is age, with 2 groups, Young and Old. Is IV1 significant for Young only as well? And for Old only?...
