Installation issues on some tablets and Windows 32 bits

Hi,

We're using JAMOVI in our statistics classes. Some students recently informed us they couldn't install the software on some tablets and on computers with 32 bits Windows. I did a quick search on the Internet but could find no documentation about these issues. Have these problems been reported before and are there solutions?

I understand that jamovi no longer supports 32 bit windows. This is quite old.

try the cloud version:

https://cloud.jamovi.org

an issue you may have there is that the cloud version relies on a reasonably recent web browser, and i don't know if there are any modern web browsers that still support 32-bit windows, but it would be worth a shot.
