Is there a way to run multilevel correlation analysis?

Post by hjkoz318 »

Hello,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire if it is possible to conduct multilevel correlation analysis in Jamovi. I have been using GAMLj for multilevel models, but I am unsure if there is a way to run multilevel correlations. I would greatly appreciate any guidance.

Thank you very much for your time!

All the best,
Jin

Hi, what do you mean by multilevel correlation?

Hi

you can conduct it in seolmatrix module.

Thank you both!

I believe the multilevel correlation in seoulmatrix is what I was looking for.

Seol - is there a way to check the number of groups in the multilevel correlation output? For example, my dataset is longitudinal, with 300 participants completing the survey multiple times, resulting in 11,300 total data points. I can see the n (i.e., 11,300) in the output table, but I don’t see the number of groups used in the analysis (i.e., 300 participants).

Thanks very much for your help!

All the best,
Jin

Hi

I am using correlation R package to compute multilevel correlation.
Click the follow link within seolmatrix module for more information.

Kind Regards
