I have created models in Jamovi using the GAMLj module, and I would like to plot the Estimated Marginal Means (EMMs) in GraphPad. Is there a way to export the data so that GraphPad can generate a graph of these EMMs? I am specially interested in the case I want to plot the random effects, which display values for each subject in my models.
Thank you in advance for your help!

Yes! I'm facing same issue. I'd like to be able to plot the LMM results from Jamovi in Graphpad. This can of course be done in r, but the whole reason I use jamovi is because the GUI is faster (for me) than writing the R code which I'm less familiar with.

Not at the moment, but if you elaborate a bit on how would you like the exported file to look like, the export funcion can be implemented

Next version of GAMLj3 (version 3.5.0, coming soon) will have the options to export to a new file both the estimated marginal means and the data used to make the plots.
