Question about standardized β in multilevel regression

Post by hjkoz318 »

Hi,

Thank you for developing Jamovi – I’ve been using the software for a long time and really appreciate it. I was wondering if there is currently a way to obtain standardized β coefficients for fixed effects in multilevel regression modeling. Since more and more journals are requesting this, I’m curious whether this feature is already available or if it is planned for a future update. In the meantime, I’ve been using the effectsize package in R, as I assumed this option wasn’t yet available in Jamovi.

Thank you for your time.

All the best,
HK

What is multilevel regression? If it is multinomial logistic, then the standardized indicators are the odds ratios i.e. exp(coefficient), not the beta coefficients.
