MVN for jamovi – v0.1.0 (Initial Release)
I'm excited to share the first release of the MVN module for jamovi, bringing comprehensive multivariate normality testing to a point-and-click interface.
This module builds upon the MVN R package originally developed by Korkmaz, Goksuluk & Zararsiz (2014), extending it as a fully interactive jamovi module with visual diagnostics.
Features:
- 6 multivariate normality tests (Mardia, Henze-Zirkler, Henze-Wagner, Royston, Doornik-Hansen, Energy)
- 5 univariate normality tests (Anderson-Darling, Shapiro-Wilk, Shapiro-Francia, Cramér-von Mises, Lilliefors)
- Diagnostic plots: Q-Q plots, box plots, histograms with normal overlay
- Multivariate outlier detection (quantile & adjusted methods)
- Power transformations (Box-Cox, Yeo-Johnson) and missing data handling
- Bootstrap resampling for p-value estimation

looking good!
if you're looking to release this in the jamovi library, you can reach us at contact <at> jamovi.org ... but i appreciate you may want to do some rounds of testing/feedback before you're ready for the library.
cheers
