I also would like to have an update on this. We are switching from SPSS to Jamovi for a course starting in September. We are looking for a simpler way to save standardised residuals than using "Data > Compute" with formula = DVscore minus the prediction using the equation of the regression line" (which is by the way not very accurate because coefficients are rounded in the output)
still probably a couple of months away sorry. manually calculating the residuals should still be accurate though. it may display it rounded off, but the precision should be maintained 'under the hood'.
Hi!
I´m rather new to Jamovi, but I really must say that I appreciate your work on it a lot!
The clean and simple layout is great when learning students the basics in quantitative methods!
I´m really glad to hear that saving residuals is in the pipeline, because right now that is a major obstacle for fully adopting Jamovi in my undergraduate classes.
I was wondering which method was used for the calculation of component scores? Bartlett's method? Or Anderson Rubin's? Or still another method like simple regression?
