My IOS not loading spreadsheet on cloud

Hi All,

I’m playing around with cloud. I can’t get the spreadsheet to load on my iPhone (I see all the Jamovi options just not the cells) , but I can on my iPad. Clearly, this is a my phone problem (all 3 major browsers show the sane problem).

Here’s my question: a) is there an iOS required version? b) any idea of what settings I could change to troubleshoot?

I’m assuming JavaScript and JSON databases are being used. No old School Java. If someone can tell me how it render the spreadsheet maybe I can change the right setting.

This is surely a my phone problem, but if you have settings suggestions, let me know. I’m so confused because it’s a cloud based entity and it should work in my phone. (Desktop request fails too). I’ll repost if updating my iOS works.

i'm not sure what the problem could be on your iphone ... apple does tend to ship outdated rendering engines, so that might be the problem there. they also prevent other web browsers from using their own rendering engines, forcing them all to use their renderer ... so a limitation of apples renderer will affect all browsers on an iphone.

tbh, supporting mobile phones is not a huge priority at this stage ... but we are going to be investing more time into tablets, ipads, etc.
