Unable to open .csv or .xlsx file in Jamovi

I hope you're all having a great day!

I was hoping to get some advice on this issue: I can't open my .csv or .xlsx data file in Jamovi at all, the program says e.g. "Import successful" then freezes completely and I have to shut it down via task manager. I have tried both version 2.2.5 and 2.3.2.

The experiment was coded in OpenLab, distributed in Jatos, and then open in Excel and had a Macro run on it to divide into headers/content more clearly.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
