Checking if this is a potential issue with semlj - SEM 0.6.0

Post by keentostudy »

Dear forum users,

I just started learning semlj - SEM 0.6.0, by following https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZjShUzL ... wDQ0o1Jy30

Basically in this video, y1, y2, y3, y4 were first selected for Endogenous 1, and x1, x2, x3 were first selected for Endogenous 2 (fist model run). Then y2 was removed from under Endogenous 1, before second model run. Then x3 was further removed rom under Endogenous 2, before third model run.

When I compared my three model run results from my jamovi, with the results in the video, most of my results are identical to the results in the video. But the values under "Reliability indices" and "Mardia's coefficients" tables seem to be only identical to the first model run result in the video. After I've done the second model run or the third model run, the values under those two tables seem to be unchanged from those values after the first model run. That is, the values under those two tables do not seem to automatically update themselves when the model changes, even though other parts of the results seem to be automatically updated.

I would like to check with other forum users here on this is indeed a potential issue with semlj - SEM 0.6.0?

Thank you.

Hey @keentostudy,

you are right, modifying the model both from interactive SEM and syntax, the two tables of the "Additional outputs" do not update.
I reported it to @mcfanda.

Cheers,
Maurizio
